Three decades on Pearl Lake
My connection to Pearl Lake goes back more than 30 years. My late father, Ralph Yates, together with Vin-Zac Inc., envisioned and designed both the Pearl Lake Land Division and Pearl Lake Estates — and I had the privilege of helping plan them and then representing the original homesites.
Since 1989 I’ve represented buyers and sellers in more than 85 transactions on Pearl, Wiltz, and Brooks Lakes — several of them two or three times over as they passed from one steward to the next. I’ve also owned three properties here myself, and spent countless hours swimming, fishing, boating, and even scuba diving these waters.
