| The Pearl Lake Land Division was created in 1989 and is located along the center of the north shore of Pearl Lake. This development consists of 23 home sites on Pearl and Brooks Lakes. Although most of the parcels are 10 acres, that part of the properties lying north of Wagner Road has a “perpetual easement for common use and enjoyment”. What that does is create a “common area” which can not be further divided or developed.
The easiest way to access the development is via Wagner Road off County Road 669. Wagner Road is a gravel county maintained road. Each site is serviced by this road or via one of 2 private shared driveways. You may also note that there are no off water building sites in the sub. All of the sites have direct frontage on one of the two lakes.
